Workflow

1. Activate Ummless

   Press Cmd+Shift+Space to open the Ummless palette from anywhere on your desktop.

2. Select preset

   Choose the "Professional Email" preset to ensure your output is formatted as a proper email.

3. Speak your email

   Talk naturally as if you were explaining the email to a colleague. Don't worry about filler words or structure.

4. Review the refinement

   Ummless transcribes your speech, removes filler words, and restructures it into a professional email format.

5. Copy and send

   Copy the polished email to your clipboard and paste it directly into your email client.
